解散前の最終シングル。ロケ地は北海道の美瑛と夕張。ツアーとレコーディングの合間を縫って撮影。なので二人はそれぞれに収録。全く違う時間と場所の空気感を上手くあわせた秀逸作。「TAO」道の意味。伴が本編終了の最後のカットで「サヨナラ」と唇を動かしたのが全ての暗示。これは当時話題を呼ぶ。
